Our scheduling software streamlines the process, making it quick and effortless. New clients receive a personalized link, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Cancellation
Please provide:
- 24 hours notice for canceling a walk
- 72 hours notice for canceling extended care
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the booking total.
Pet Sitting & Vacation Care (Drop ins)
(Our summer & holiday schedule fill up quickly)
We ask for advanced notice when booking a service during these times.
We may not be able to accommodate last minute service requests.
3 visits/day minimum required for dogs
4 visits/day minimum for puppies that are crated
1 visit/day minimum for cats, birds & exotic pets
2 visit/day minimum for pets with special needs/require medication
Clean up during drop in visits
Area clean up only. Furniture will not be moved.
An additional clean up fee may apply for puppies that are not yet housebroken or for accidents that require extensive cleaning.
Holiday Availability
To allow us time to spend with family and loved ones, we do not provide pet care services on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year‘s Eve & New Year’s Day
- Independence Day (July 4)
Please note: We do not offer pet care services on Independence Day because we believe pets should have consistent around the clock care during firework celebrations. For their comfort and safety, we encourage owners to make arrangements that allow their pets to remain with a dedicated caregiver throughout the day and evening.
Services are available on a limited basis during the following holiday weekends:
If you anticipate needing care during these holiday weekends, please contact us as early as possible. Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $10 holiday surcharge applies to all visits scheduled during Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
Due to increased demand during Spring Break (March-May), a 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot (specific dates) on our schedule. The deposit is refundable for cancellations made no later than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date.
Dog Walking Services
Please have the appropriate, well fitting harness/collar available for all visits.

Vaccinations
We ask that all pets are up to date with vaccines. We may request rabies vaccination expiration date.
Client Information and Updates
Clients must complete all required pet and contact information in our app prior to first day of service. A signed service agreement is also required. All information is kept strictly confidential.
Please notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details or your pet’s health.
Established Client Services
Some of our services are reserved exclusively for established, active clients. This allows us to build a relationship with both you and your pet and become familiar with their individual routines, needs, and care preferences before providing certain types of care. Eligibility requirements may vary by service.
Boarding
Eligibility and behavioral requirements
For the safety and well being of all pets in our care, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue boarding if we determine that a dog’s needs or behavior are not a suitable fit for our home environment.
Entry
For home entry with code, we request a key be on file or left in a lock box on premises in the case of a power outage.
Payments
We accept cash, check, and Zelle. Payments for services rendered are due prior to next booking.
To hold your requested dates, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due when services are completed. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
